To help you stay organized and on track, here are the most important dates for enrollment, payments, and the start of the 2025–2026 school year. Mark your calendar and reach out if you have any questions along the way.

  • Returning Student Application Deadline: May 30, 2025
  • Scholarship Applications Deadline: May 30, 2025
  • Book & Supply Fees Due: June 13, 2025
  • First Tuition Payment Due: July 31, 2025
  • Summer Registration Deadline (June Session): June 2, 2025
  • Summer Registration Deadline (July Session): June 30, 2025
  • Open House & Meet the Teacher: TBD
  • First Parent Night: July 24, 2025
  • First Day of School: August 12, 2025

Enrollment Process

The enrollment process is simple and family-friendly. No matter which program you choose, these six steps will guide you from application to first day.

We believe the best way to get to know Rock Harbor School is to experience it for yourself. Before starting the enrollment process, we ask all prospective families to schedule an in-person or virtual tour. This gives us a chance to connect, answer your questions, and ensure we’re the right fit for your family. Tours are required before accessing the application.

Rock Harbor School offers a variety of flexible, faith-centered programs designed to fit your unique goals and grade level, including core academic curriculum, homeschool partnerships, and summer series.

Hurry, spot fill up quickly.

To begin enrollment, download and complete the required forms for your selected program. Be sure to fill in all applicable sections and submit by email or in person. Each path has slightly different requirements—see details below.

  • Complete medical info, allergies, and emergency contacts

  • Choose your child’s t-shirt size

  • Rank elective preferences (Grades 3–8 only)

  • Sign media/photo consent and pickup permissions

  • Provide emergency contacts and allergy info

  • Sign all permission and media release sections

  • Indicate interest in 1:1 tutoring (if applicable)

  • Provide allergy info and emergency contacts

  • Confirm t-shirt size if participating in group activities

📝 Monthly Donor Letter (for sponsor-based tuition credit)

Next steps:

  1. You’ll get an email confirmation

  2. We’ll send your invoice for Book & Supply and tuition

  3. Your child’s spot is officially held once the first payment is received

Make Payment

See due dates above.

You’ll receive an invoice via email after submitting your enrollment form. Your child’s seat will NOT be reserved until the required fees and/or tuition are paid.

Book & Supply Fee (for Core Academics Only):

  • $480 for K–2nd Grade

  • $600 for 3–8th Grade

  • Pay in full or in 3 parts (due by April 11, May 9, June 13)

  • Late payments after June 13 incur a $25 fee

Take advantage of our Tuition Offset Programs:

  • Save up to $100/month by joining a committee + attending Parent Nights

  • Save up to $40/month with a sponsor-based tuition credit (see letter below)

Accepted & Connected

Allow 3-5 business days.

Once your student is enrolled:

  • Join your child’s GroupMe thread for updates and announcements

  • Attend Parent Night (first one is Open House in July!)

  • Watch your inbox for your Welcome Packet (sent in July)

Get Excited

Counting down the days!

Before the first day of school:

✅ Attend Open House to meet teachers and drop off supplies
✅ Receive school calendar, drop-off instructions, and first-week reminders
✅ Pack: lunch, snack, water bottle, dress outfit, and labeled items
✅ Review Code of Conduct, Dress Code, and Daily Schedule (sent in Welcome Packet)
